Every order from Hums Between Hums is sent with care, whether it reaches you instantly in your inbox or travels to your door. Here is everything you need to know before and after you order.

Digital Downloads — Instant Delivery
All digital products — posters, journals, bookmarks, and wallpapers — are files delivered instantly to your email address after payment is confirmed.
What to expect after purchase:

You will receive an email with your download link within a few minutes of payment.

The file is yours to keep, print, and use as many times as you like.

There is no limit on how many times you can print your purchase.
Print recommendations:

Posters — 200 GSM matte paper at any local print shop for best results. Standard A4 size.

Journals — 100–120 GSM paper for a softer feel. Print single-sided and bind at a local bindery if desired.

Bookmarks — 300 GSM cardstock, cut to 5×15 cm.
Refunds on Digital Products
We do not offer refunds once we send the download link, as digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned.
However, if your file arrives corrupted, incomplete, or not as described, write to us at humsbetweenhums@gmail.com within 48 hours, and we will resend your file or resolve the issue immediately. We will always make it right.

Physical Prints — Made to Order, Delivered to You
All physical products are made fresh for each order. Nothing sits in a warehouse. Your order is prepared specifically for you, which means every piece leaves our hands with intention.
Dispatch timeline:

All physical orders are dispatched within 5 business days of payment confirmation.

Delivery across India takes 7–10 business days via India Post Speed Post or Delhivery.

You will receive a tracking number on your registered email once your order is dispatched.
Shipping charges:

Flat ₹60 shipping on all physical orders within India.

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping coming soon.
Please ensure your delivery address and PIN code are correct at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address details provided at checkout.

Refunds and Returns on Physical Products
We want every order to reach you exactly as it should. If something goes wrong—damaged in transit, misprinted, or significantly different from what was shown—here is what to do:

Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

We will either resend your order at no extra cost or issue a full refund — your choice.
We do not accept returns for change of mind on physical products since each item is made to order. But if something is genuinely wrong, we will always fix it.
